Arroz Fingido de Couve Flor

Uma alternativa bastante saudável ao arroz e sem gluten, vegan, low carb.

Directions

  1. Partir a couve flor em pequenos raminhos, lavar e secar bem. Colocar numa picadora ou então usar um ralador na parte mais grossa, de modo a obter uma espécie de "arroz".
  2. Cozinhar no azeite a cebola, os alhos e o louro até estarem bem suaves.
  3. Juntar a couve flor picada e temperar com sal e a pimenta. Saltear durante 5 minutos mexendo sempre. Retirar do lume e guarneçer com coentros.
  4. Esta é apenas a base de um "arroz" simples. Pode usar curcuma ou açafrão-da-índia, com legumes (tipo Primavera). A imaginação é o limite.
