Tuna & Butter Bean Salad

This protein packed meal will keep you satisfied for longer and help your body build up muscle.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Drain tuna and butter beans. Slice red onion and olives, halve cherry tomatoes. Chop parsley, juice the lemon.
  2. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well.
  3. Season with pepper and drizzle lemon juice.
  4. Serve with a slice of gluten free bread or over mixed lettuce if desired and enjoy.
