Yummy smoothie for breakfast or snack. Mangoes contain many antioxidants to help boost your immune system

Directions
- Peel and chop mango, Add to blender along with Greek yoghurt, rice milk and fresh mint.
- Add some crushed ice. Blend and enjoy.
- Note: if you like your smoothies really cold freeze the mango the night before.
