Biscotti all'Avena

Magri e con tante fibre.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In una ciotola disporre la margarina, lo zucchero, sale e bicarbonato, mescolare fino a farlo diventare una crema.
  2. Aggiungere la farina, i fiocchi d'avena e mescolare. Formare una palla e farla riposare un po in frigo
  3. Prendere l'impasto, stenderlo su una spianatoia e formare tanti biscotti dal diametro di 7/8 cm. Stenderli su carta forno e metterli in frigo circa 30 minuti.
  4. Infornare a forno caldo a 200° x 12 min. Infornare, lasciar raffreddare e servire.
