A better-than-boxed beef recipe that makes cooking from scratch easy.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine all spices into a mixture. Brown ground beef and drain off any fat.
- Add noodles, spice mix, milk and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in sour cream, mix thoroughly, then serve.

Pretty good, but a bit too salty for our tastes. I recommend only using half the onion soup packet, and doubling the egg noodles. It was a bit mushy re-heated, so also maybe keep noodles and meat sauce separate until serving.
