Traditional Turkey Meatloaf
A very tasty turkey meatloaf with less fat and calories.
Ingredients
Directions
- Spray 9x13" pan and pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Mix turkey, eggs, chopped onion, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Place mixture into the pan and form into a tall loaf. It will flatten out so make it higher than wide.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the top.
- Bake 55 minutes or until 180 °F (80 °C) with a meat thermometer.
- Note: great hot or cold on a sandwich!
