Directions
- Манку перемешать с кефиром и творогом.
- Взбить яйца, добавить сахар, щепотку соли и гашенную соду.
- Все перемешать и поставить на 30 мин, чтобы манка набухла и тесто загустело.
- Форму обсыпать щепоткой манки, залить тесто, сверху украсить кружочками клубники. Поставить а духовку на 40 мин при 180 градусах.
