We don't want to lose anyone to going back to their old ways. Just look at all the drop-outs from the group, and see where they're at. They are on a spinning vortex of losing, gaining, losing, gaining, and then quitting! Where did quitting get them and where will quitting get you? If I had quit, where would I be? Certainly not 82 lbs lighter in 7 months. I am with Christine on not being so anal about reaching exact percentages, I don't use that rule, but I am also a FIRM believer that those who do not count Total Carbs, are looking for a way to cheat, by using the term Net Carbs...I dare ask how many have lost weight LONG TERM that way, and of the 4% who have, how many have kept it off?
