I have lost six pounds. And when you think of it in pounds of butter it makes me really happy and humble today. Slowly and steady wins the race I'm starting to realize. Also that my lifestyle is changing and its not making me miserable but a lot more happier as a person. Last but not least it is less about love for myself in appearance on the outside but rather more how I feel on the in. Today is a day to bat the hatches down because I am known to fly of the tracks on a win... self sabotage is the real deal for this girl. Off to orange theory and work.
