10st 12 Fat 26.5% Not pleasing but also not surprising return of last week's 2lb, but it's my own fault cos I did utterly bugger all all week, even on the glorious weather days, and now here it is snowing again! I suffered a slight disappointment Mon in the abandonment of our July Iceland plans, postponed now to next year, and felt a bit bereft about it. We've now decided to go on a canal boat instead so I do still have a reason to try and get the weight off, and as far as Iceland is concerned, significantly more time in which to achieve it! I nearly also bought a new fitbit, which will buzz to nag me when I've been sat around too long (I'm so GOOD at that tho, it's my one skill!!) and show my HR so I know when I'm exercising at sufficient intensity, but I fear this may be disappointing, showing instead how rarely my efforts hit the zone! And then hubby's car died so the extra expense should be avoided I think :(
