been keeping my calories at 1600-1800 and working out with personal trainer. no real weight loss after three weeks but i am more tired and sore. the prize is I've been getting stronger.my knee is still shaky. getting my quads and hips stronger. im glad i made the choice to buck up and get one. she's made such a difference in my Abilities in 3 short weeks. now i need to keep my cardio work up most days to break through this mucky plateau ive been living in and move towards whole fitness below 200#s..
