off Steroids. Still working toward 50% fat. Seems best plan for me. But hard at soup suppers
on the plus the church members seemed to really like my Smokey Chipotle chili.
98.8 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
