I didnt do as well as I should have this week but I still lost! I have to do better next week. The past week has been very stressful and hectic at work and my diet just hit the back burner. I still tried to make good choices at lunch but I didnt eat my snacks or watch what I ate when i got home in the evening. I was so stressed my body hurt, so i didnt walk like I should have. I think my saving grace for this week was water fun day with my kids. We ran and ran around the back yard and really had a great time. Next week I hope to get back into my diet and exercise routine and hopefully the pounds will keep coming off.
