Surely you are not mad at the scale, after he/she has treated you so nice recently? (Not sure if scales have gender? That would be an interesting discussion!)

I’m going to say the scale is a nagging woman. She stays on my back nagging me about everything I do or put into my mouth.

Non scale upset.. Aka bf being a dick on vday... Or I guess now ex bf.. I will not start to cry again... Phew (literally think that the 0.6 weight gain is all the puffiness in my eyes.. Wish I was joking there)

Any guy that would make a girl as sweet as you cry on Valentine's Day deserves to be an ex. Today doesn't suck; it's a relief!

Measure with a measuring tape and kick that scale off to the side ..Im learning to depend on how I feel and for a month not weigh..I cant believe how I'm feeling more accountable because I cant weigh myself...I do measure my body though and all is well lol;)

Amen to that. I use the scale for guidance, but my body is changing more than those numbers say. I am now able to slide back into my non-forgiving 2003/2006 work clothes and that's how I'm measuring my progress. And if you wonder how i know the years, it's work location at the time and the particular dress code for that job. Now, it's mostly short and flip-flops with a sweater or two. :P
