Have lost 1.4 pounds and back to my original weight before my load days. This is day three of VLCD and so far I have handles it very well. I am not starving. I get hungry but the small meals fill me up and I am fine. Drinking lots of water, plain ice tea, decaff coffee and seltzer water with lemon. Hope I continue to lose at least 1 pound a day. Have not had a BM though for three days now, LOL, hopefully the moves soon.
