Morning exercise Yoga: 20 min Pump: 20 min challange
So I weighed myself on Friday I think and it said 142.8 and now it is at 144.8. The last two weeks I have been going up and down several times and I don't trust the scale at all. Today I started a mix of workouts and at least until my vacation I plan on sticking with it. I did start insanity a couple weeks ago and than my friend found the pump and I had a ton of kids around so I am starting over this week with a mix of them both. Pump I am doing on the schedule, so at least five times per week. Yoga, 20 min everyday for at least five days. Insanity, twice a week and the treadmill twice a week. I am hoping this will kick my motabolism into gear and start burning what I need to get these last 10 pounds. Going to be tuff but I am also hoping my husband will at least do the insaities with me and that will keep me motivated on those. The rest I think I can handle. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
