Well today I am determined to kick off back on keto. I start at the gym the week of the 18Th, so that gives me plenty of time to get over the keto flu.. if I get it... I have yet to so far but I also fast a good bit unintentionally.

I have the Holy Trinity for keto flu handled, but even before I knew about them I didn't get keto flu. BTW holy Trinity is sodium potassium and magnesium. I had a magnesium citrate vitamin last night in prep. Zip fizz this morning for potassium. And I am drinking a chicken broth right now for sodium (and eating my lunch that has salami lol)
Week from now I will not be craving sugar, but right now I'm like I want all the sugars lol
