Stayed the same this week...UGG!!

74.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg. Still to go: 13.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That's right!!!! don't be frustrated with maintaining.....you'll kick butt this week.

I had two weeks like that! Patience pays off in the end. If you are doing everything right then the weight just has to come off! Keep the faith!
