30 day plateau. 238 seems to be the place my body wants to stay. I am in the gym 4 days a week doing medium to heavy weight routine. Reasonably active as well. I stay on my eating plan and stay under my RDI and in line with KETO macros. Would like to get input from people who have had similar problem and pushed through the plateau
