10st 9.9 Fat 26.5 No WW. A loss at last! I have spent much of the week dismayed about the low no of calories I burn in a day, even on days when I walk and swim, and the knowledge that if and when I lose weight, and as I age, those numbers will only continue to drop. This seems a bleak and hungry future! But hopefully I'll soon move on from the grief stage to some sort of action stage 😆 But for now I'm just glad of a loss.
