well folks i went an weighed in...im down a pound, really more if i counted the 4 pounds i retained from the salt in the lean cuisine i ate on sunday..but all i can count is the pound...slowly and steady..
146.1 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
