Went camping this weekend and did SO good...then rounded out the weekend with a super healthy custard cone shared between me and hubby then a fried clam strip dinner... SUCKS!
I am sure the gain is more water than anything...will weigh again Friday to get a grand total! Keep pluggin away
81.4 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
