Cold, wet, miserable weather for Summer and staying with friends means "comfort foods" aka take-away and high carbs. A loss of 300g for the week is a pleasant surprise. My low carb way of eating will kick in properly again next week once we move on; it is only evening dinners which are slightly challenging.
