I haven't weighed in since May 2017. Took a vacation and got off track. Did low carb for a while, but then holidays came and I went back to my old habits. I'm getting back on the Keto wagon before it gets out of control. I gained 10 of my 50 pound loss back, so it's time to get focused again.
