Weighing in now on the last day of my . Last week I was very successful at fasting during the first day of my . and it was amazing how great I felt doing it! I did a 24 hour fast on Friday, and that night had a nice dinner and drink out with friends. Saturday morning I had no desire to eat at all, and didn't, until Saturday afternoon at the basketball 3v3 tournament. Then, I could barely eat. Sunday was a different story, I was starving all day Sunday, so I ate and ate...went out for Chinese food, leftovers, froyo, the whole 9 yards...so today, I am back to fasting. I am aiming for 24 but may go 36 hours and eat tomorrow.
