goooooood thursday morning...long time no get on an get with my program...have been walking when the weather isnt to cold around 7am...but this morning its in the 50s so no walky until it gets alittle warmer...knees just dont like the colder weather...an frankly neither do i ...weight is up once again...and ive been indulging in what wasnt good for me...but todays a new day to refocus an get back into the swing of things...not sure that i will be on here everyday..but going to try an get back into the habit of it all..i was more focused when i was loggin in every day...then at the present time...most of my meals are still good, but have picked up some bad habits an lots of sugery things have made their way back into the apartment...not a good thing i kno...but at least i have finally seen the light once again at the end of the tunnel..im mad at myself for letting my self down...but i know we all have slip ups from time to time...its how we learn...so today starts my getting back into the a healthier lifestyle once again...giving away the sugary stuff today when i get out later..clearing the bad food out...an gonna pick up some better food when i go to the store later...get my mind back into a better state of mind...onward and downward....have a great day...
