I caved in and got a new set of kitchen scales ( mine broke)
After several days of ice cream/ drinks/ ice poles due to my sore throat, I'm back on track
Surgery next Saturday .. so hoping to lose a little by then
McDonald's last nite for various reasons.. I just had a cheeseburger ( no bun or ketchup) and chicken mayo ( no bun), so estimated by intake. No fries either !
I felt so rubbish, aches and sluggish when I was on ice cream and liquids with sugar and lots of additives , feeling much better now ( homecooked food apart from last nite)
Sorry to my fs buddies, been too unwell to keep up with journals and news properly
