Alhamdulillah...setelah seminggu penasaran tadi nimbang dklinik seblh rmh .daannn...ternyata BB trn 1,5 kg,gk nyangka bingittt....Pdhal kemaren maem pentol,tadi siang maem chicken katsu,kentang goreng+ es teh. tpi tetep d bawah kalori harian y? Dan Olga 15 ampe' 20 menitan.senin-sabtu. Bru Kali ini diet,gk nyiksa.😍😍😍 mksih fatsecreat, mksih temen" atas sharing ya, sehingga saya lebih faham mengenai hidup sehat,bonusnya turun BB.😘😘😘
