I think my vacation had something to do with my weight fluctuation, even though I ate good, I got no exercise. It feels good to get back to the gym. I feel good, and won't let a few lbs get me down. Love that P90X INSANITY class!
74.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
