cuma,mengurangi porsi Mknan,dan yg dulu d goreng sekrang d rebus atw kukus,bisa jga d tumis dg sdkit minyak.
selain itu Olga juga 4 kali dlm seminggu.dan mknqw d bawah kalori harian.
qw jga'kaget pas timbang dg timbangan yg sama kok jarumnya bergerak k Kiri...
kya' syok gk percaya tpi wow kya'mimpi.dan sekrang belum timbang lagi,mudah"and turun.
semangat y @suci berapapun turunya hrs bersyukur karena itu nggak mudah lho,dan tnh seseorang beda" ad yg bisa turun cepet ad yg pelan.
qw malah hawatir klo trunya cpet takutnya hbis ini gk turun lagi.😅😅
