Hmmmmmm, I deserved that😬!!! But I'm baaaaaacckk! Round 2 please,ding ding ding!

Hi Lisa, sorry for late reply. Just realized you had commented. I follow a Low Carb Healthy Fat lifestyle also known as LCHF or Ketogenic. I swing closer to keto though because I restrict carbs to about 20netgrams of carbs per day. I also intermittent fast. This has worked for me but I'm not a doctor so I won't tell you this will work for you. All I will tell you for sure is searching for this on YouTube and seeing so many testimonials and knowing I'm one of the success stories really is encouraging. There are a few Dr's that spurred this way of living on for me, they are Dr Tim Noakes, Dr Berg and Dr Jason Fung(for intermittent fasting) I suggest you do a little bit of research and see if it suits you. And using this app to track what you eat was my life saver. Opened my eyes to all the hidden carbs we don't see in our foods. Good luck with your journey😉
