123 LBS down (still). Haven’t posted for a LONG time. Crazy health problems; diagnosed with a chronic illness that will eventually require a transplant. Then as if that wasn’t enough, discovered another problem requiring surgery. But for now glad to say I feel good and am totally healed from the surgery. I’ve managed to track most of my food, but also had quite a few slip ups. I find myself still turning to food to cope with stress. The good thing is I haven’t gained any weight, but still have another 20 or so pounds to lose. I’m ready to get back on track now.
