I hate days like today,I just feel so hungry and idk how to stop it I’ve drank so much water, and it hasn’t worked I’ve eaten A few pieces of salami and a deviled egg also a piece of sugar free candy, I feel like a fatty lol.
110.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When I have those "hungry" days on Keto I heat up some chicken broth, add butter. Today I drizzled in an egg and made it like egg drop soup. It totally fills me up and keeps me going for hours! In essence I "up" my fats. Hang in there, it will get better!!
