Nothing gained, nothing lost. Yesterday was a rough day, an emotional day, and I did eat a little more than normal. So, I'm glad that the scale shows how it does.
87.3 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 25.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
