It's always nice to see the scale go down! 190 seems to be a resistance line for me. I'm hoping to break that over the next week or two! It'll feel so good to be in the 180's again. My clothes are already fitting better. I feel better too. Looking good is important but feeling good is my priority. I've been on the LCHF keto lifestyle for roughly 4 months now. I've lost a total of 13lbs. I had hoped that I'd be down like 30 lbs by now, but my body has some leptin resistance and insulin resistance to heal from before it'll start letting the fat out of the cell. My body seems to be working better and getting better all the time. I'm taking lots of awesome supplements and one in particular I think is working extremely well. It makes my body heal much faster, especially after workouts! I'm excited to see what the future holds for me. 😄
