i have been losing a lb a day since 10/31/17. Today I gained 2 lbs with a 489 calorie day yesterday! 4000 calorie deficient! If my body thinks I will let it go into starvation mode it has another think coming. If I don't drop tomorrow I will tweek my diet again. maybe some water fasting?
