Back down, thankfully! I drank 64 oz water yesterday and had about 24g net carbs. I'm feeling very tired, like I can barely walk. Hopefully this is just my body adjusting and it passes soon.
59.5 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
