no loss to show today ...but im sure by wednesday or thursday i will have a loss to show for next week...

Yum! I love PB cookies! They're naughty though, lol. I just had some tasty whole grain oat pancakes made with protein powder, egg whites, skim milk and a combo of old fashioned oats and oat bran. Very filling and tasty, low fat and full of protien and fiber! So yummy with banana, reduced fat Smart Balance and sugar free syrup! You should try!
