I have been doing the treadmill everyday. I've been more active than ever before. I've been lifting weights. I've been working a machine called Leg Magic. My body is def making changes, it's just not shown in the numbers on the scale. I have been eating more dairy than normal. That's how I've been getting my protein and fat. As a vegetarian, I used to get protein through beans. Seeing as beans are high in carbs, I have not been eating them. I love the LCHF diet and I know that this will work for me. Perhaps the hormones in the dairy are messing with the hormones in my body. I shall decrease the dairy and increase the veggies.

Have you tried tracking your measurements with a seamstress (sewing) tape measure? When the scale doesn't show it, your measurements will.

I feel better. My clothes fit better. I know I'm going in the right direction. It's just slow going. All these success stories of people losing 30 lbs in 10 weeks. I wish! My measurements are def getting smaller. I've been at this LCHF keto since the end of July and I've lost a total of 11 pounds. I'm still very grateful for what I've done and I'm so appreciative that I've found something that satiates my appetite without the need to overeat or graze or snack. I know this is right for me! And I know it'll take as long as it'll take.
