10st 7.5 Fat 25.5% No WW. One pound on for a hol with buffet brek and cheese sarnies for lunch every day, and dinners out, it's pretty good going! Had good step counts every day and then back home today I've not even gone round the block despite how difficult I found all the hills on hol, deff felt my extra stone and lack of fitness this year and was deff inspired to do better. But I'll allow myself today as a post hol blues come-down day and be back to tracking and proper efforts tomorrow!
