A very successful week! Lost almost 6 lbs. since April 1st! And 4.8 lbs in the last week. This is my lowest weight since I started!! Took pics again today... A reminder of how much work I still need to do!
69.0 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
