Though no change in my weight, I felt last week was a more consistent week for me. Far from perfect. My issue this week is to overcome will be this weekend when I spend Easter with my family. I find it hard away from home. There are more & different temptations/situations. I must not be a pig!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Mod: Good job last week. Incrementally, those small improvements will take you to your goal. I would pretty much forget about dieting (within reason) for Easter, we can always come back later. :-)
