68.2kg 21.8 body fat. Yesterday was a SUPER food day for me. Home made chicken balti. Home made pita bread. Home made beef teryaki. Supermarket burger bun. Bintang beer. I might have put on some weight. But my beatiful wife's cooking is worth it. PS Today started with Southern fried sweet potato, mushrooms and 2 fried eggs, with a promise of home made burgers later. Looks like my weight might be going up again.
