10st 6 (stayed same at WW too) I followed everything as normal and got back into the activity once my cold improved, but I guess this is the knock-on effects of having been ill and less active, yet having had an unexpectedly large loss last week. So hopefully things will balance out this week...altho we had pizza & creme eggs last night (not together!) for Jon's bday, and Melissa & I are having pizza lunch out today as well! Everything you said in your profile hit a BELL in my head, I also did what you did for weddings etc. The lowest I have ever been was 49 kg and I gave premature birth the next day to my first son(8 wks),(when I am pregnant I can not eat, in hospital on drips from 6 wks. i have been warned by doctor that the way I get hyper on exercise whilst "dieting" is very dangerous and very bad for ligaments. finding it very hard not to overdo it. I also need to get my mind more focused. You are doing brilliant. Hope you enjoyed your pizza.
