10st 4 Fat 24.8% No WW. Holiday gain lost, woohoo! Plus a tiny shade extra, very pleased. I think I could probably scrape in at WW in goal range with this as a base weight. But I confess to feeling dead chuffed that I'm managing this well without attending, that's not like me, it's normally much more "out of sight, out of mind"! Altho in fairness, this IS exactly what got me into trouble in the first place, before I get too carried away with the self congratulation! Anyway, long may it continue, and roll on getting under 10st again so I can book my stay at Bath or Ashburnham! (Both purveyors of such goodies that I'll instantly be catapulted back way over the ten lol!)
