FINALLY! And funny thing is, yesterday was stressful with my teenage son. I KNEW I was headed to stress eatting and chose to...but chose all low carb "cheats". I had 10 almonds and an Atkins bar. Wish I hadn't headed for food...even if it was "allowed"...well, sorta allowed. But...I was still under my 20 carbs and I feel really good today. and happy to finally lose. Next lb I lose will make me the lowest weight in almost 2 yrs.
My goal is to find some exercises I can do without hurting. Toning my arms as summer is approaching and I have flabby "wings". Lose a lb a week. And enjoy a new recipe each week.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Good for you! It's so hard to stick to things when you are upset - I have teen-agers, and somedays they are so hard on my diet!
