Ah shame Saige 18's. I know the feeling, also been such crap weeks at work these days. I myself do not enjoy coming to work anymore, there so much going on...and you don't even have time for your own work. Well at least it is Wednesday already, once today is gone the week just about over. Hang in there...thinking of you

Hi Jashan that's the thing! i can't stop at 5 i will have them all :-), I feel much better today its is a girly/ ladies thing that's making me feel this way. lol

I have learnt just have little eg I used to eat a whole large pizza all 8 slices and not share! but in reality we only need to eat 3 slices which is equivalent to about 600 calories in the gym and the whole pizza is 2400 calories.

that is so true a little is the way to go but my relationship with chocolates is the same as yours with Pizza at the time, but I can not do a little for me now is to not eat it or to eat it all , so at this stage i will be strong and not buy any chocolate till I have reached my goals , I will only do the healthy type when I'm cycling for now chuckles will have to wait. LOL

I must say I was strong was in woolies yesterday and hubby bought the choc cupcakes and ask if I wanted the chuckles and I said No thanks , I had provitas with pineapple and cheese in the oven , my pizza was Yummy with some spice, while they ate that last night.
