steady and holding....ive reduced my caloric intake this week....not been moving much.... feel the need to get moving and into the gym... there s always tomorrow.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
