68.4kg 23.3 body fat. I'm a bit confused. I ate less yesterday than any other day this week and my weight goes up. The body fat reading is OK, I think yesterday's was a blip. Never mind, it's the weekend and I have football, F1 and boxing to watch

It's probably a natural fluctuation - water retention, sluggish gut or standing on the scales a bit differently. Now you've achieved your target you need to think about what maintenance looks like. Will it be exactly 68kg with daily weigh-ins where you beat yourself up for being 100g off that or a range of, say, 66-70kg. Have a great weekend, Willie "Mon the Hoops!" (Although I'm not sure St Johnstone offers much of a challenge)

My thoughts exactly Phooka. If you have eaten less then what your body has got used to it would certainly have held onto the weight because it was not quite sure how much you were going to feed it the next time. The body is so smart and quick to react to small changes especially since you have been doing just that since you started your weight loss. Like Phooka says don't get hung up on the little things, look at the bigger picture and keep your weight within a range. Great advice Phooka.

Thanks to both of you. I'm very very happy with my new weight and shape. Trying hard not to get upset with minor fluctuations.
To be honest, I think I'm suffering beause of my sluggish bowel 😐😐😐
