I realize I can't eat as many calories and lose as the diet suggest, I guess I will have to keep my calories about 1300-1500. Which is okay with me as that is more than I am used to eating anyway. Just glad I am finding what works.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

This is not a one size fits all diet. There are a lot of people that do not sit between the recommended 1500-1800 range. You are fortunate to have found what works for you. Just stick with it and you should be fine.
